TERMS OF SERVICE

By buying or being interested in buying my services you automatically accept these terms. Breaking them on purpose will result in being put in the blacklist, but I will look into every situation like that individually!

I CAN DRAW:
- cats and other feral species.
- anthro/furry.
- closed species.
- humans.
- shipart
- edgy/gore themes (not to heavy tho).
- nudity
- canon x oc.
- cbc/kinsonas.I WON’T DRAW:
- nsfw.
- mecha.
- weed and drug themes.
- anything that would make me uncomfortable, incest, shota/lolicon, fetishes I don't like etc.COMMISSION TOS:- payment is accepted only via PayPal, unless you're from Poland. Then you can also pay by bank transfer and Blik. The prices are in USD.
- payment is paid after the sketch, I can accept half of the payment after the sketch and the rest after finishing if the commission is really huge (multi-characters pieces, fullarts, etc). There are certain types of commission where I would prefer half of the payment before starting the drawing and the rest after I finish, without providing a sketch, because I don't do one while drawing. They are listed in the prices.
- my turnaround time (ETA) is anywhere between 2 days and 3 months. Refunds are available only after 6 months. Please feel free to remind me if it's taking too long - I'm a person who forgets a lot of things all the time, but I try to keep my to-do list updated.
- you can use the finished artwork however you like, but don't claim the work as your own.
- I don't offer refunds after accepting the sketch, so please think about your order beforehand ! That doesn't mean I can't make small changes or edits on every stage of finishing the artwork - these are available to ask for any moment and free!
- don't buy art for people/with their characters on my black list, thanks!DESIGN TOS:

- I send the design after the payment.
- I do not offer refunds for my design; think your choice through!
- you can use the design however you like, but please don't claim you made the design unless you redesign it beyond recognition.
- do not resell my designs for higher than you got them for unless you have extra art! I won't hunt you for it since I don't care that much, but I think that's basic decency.
- make sure you have the money to pay before bidding. Backing out of bids will result in being put in the blacklist. Exceptions are emergencies - DM me in cases like that.
- don't sell my designs to people on my black list, thanks!BLACK LIST:
I have the right to refuse explaining why someone is on my black list, but you can always ask!

lasso tool fullartprice depends on how complex of a scenery you chose. it's range is somewhere between 50 USD to 70 USDsimple vertical landscape drawing made using mostly lasso tool and textured brushes featuring full body of a characterI can try doing a horizontal one, but I don't have any examples and it would be +10 USDsending WIP of the sketch and fully finishing after receiving feedback unless asked otherwise
